The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this agreement. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Meaning
"bzd33" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform"	The online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bzd33.app, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated services operated under the bzd33 brand.
"Player" / "you" / "your"	Any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the bzd33 platform in any capacity, whether as a registered member or a guest visitor.
"Account"	The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on bzd33, through which the Player accesses games, places wagers, and manages funds.
"Balance"	The total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's bzd33 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or a supported cryptocurrency equivalent.
"Bonus Funds"	Credits awarded to a Player's account as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, or loyalty reward. Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balance and subject to separate wagering conditions.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that bzd33 applies to all accounts, in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-fraud standards.
"Terms" / "this Agreement"	These Terms & Conditions, including any annexes, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and privacy policy incorporated by reference.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country, territory, or region from which access to bzd33 is blocked or where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction permits online gambling.

If you are accessing bzd33 on behalf of any organisation, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that the entity likewise accepts these Terms.

The bzd33 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market offered on the platform. This requirement applies without exception, regardless of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use bzd33 is subject to the following conditions:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bzd33 support immediately at [email protected]. bzd33 will take prompt action to investigate and secure the account. We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.

bzd33 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or in the cryptocurrency equivalent selected at the time of the transaction.

Supported Payment Methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Minimum deposits via bank transfer and cryptocurrency vary by method and are displayed at the cashier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile banking and cryptocurrency methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect.
• bzd33 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bzd33 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via bKash or Nagad. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network minimums displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for mobile banking methods during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one on-chain confirmation cycle.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• bzd33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Pending verification, the withdrawal will be held in a queue and processed promptly upon successful verification.
• Winnings derived from real-money play are withdrawable without restriction, subject to account verification status. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bzd33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free-spin winnings must be wagered a stated number of times (the wagering requirement) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is displayed clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

Where a material change is made to an active bonus that affects players who have already claimed it, bzd33 will notify affected players via email or in-account notification prior to the change taking effect.

To maintain a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bzd33 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using bzd33 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. bzd33 monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and is obligated to report suspected money laundering to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using software to exploit bonus conditions, or systematically betting across outcomes to guarantee a profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage).
• Cheating and Collusion: Using unauthorised software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players in poker or table games; or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on bzd33. Such actions will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing bzd33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your bzd33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by bzd33: bzd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age
• Account holder confirmed to be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority requiring closure
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months)

Where an account is closed by bzd33 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player within 10 business days. Where closure is due to a breach, bzd33 reserves the right to retain funds pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened — including at the player's own request — until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. See Section 11 for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bzd33 and its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the bzd33 platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions outside bzd33's reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications network failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that contained an error arising from a third-party data provider.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if bzd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits bzd33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. Where applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh provides rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

bzd33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can move beyond a leisure activity and develop into a harmful pattern of behaviour. Our responsible gaming programme exists to prevent and address that risk.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings — no need to contact support to activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your bzd33 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Fully lock your account for a minimum of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration. Marketing communications are suppressed immediately.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or the addition of new game-specific rule references — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect all changes, whether material or minor.

Your continued use of the bzd33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
